I. French Lessons Booking Policy
When booking a lesson, you agree with the following:

Booking a lesson:

All lesson bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us to prepare and ensure availability for your preferred time slot.

Payment Policy:

Payments for lessons must be completed at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson time. Failure to make timely payments may result in the cancellation of your booking.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

We do not offer refunds for cancellations. However, we understand that sometimes plans change and will offer to reschedule your lesson.

Rearrangement Policy:

You may rearrange your booking up to 1 hour before the scheduled lesson time.

Lesson Conduct:

Please ensure you are prepared and ready to begin your lesson at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened lesson duration.

Lesson Duration and Punctuality:

Each lesson will last for a total of 60 minutes, which includes 50 minutes of instruction time, 5 minutes of introduction, and 5 minutes of discussion. Punctuality is essential, as lessons will conclude at the scheduled time regardless of the start time to respect subsequent bookings. It is the student's responsibility to ensure they are able to connect promptly at the designated time.

Materials and Resources:

All necessary learning materials will be provided. However, students are encouraged to have their own notebooks, and any other personal study tools they prefer.

Communication and Support:

Code of Conduct:

All students are expected to behave respectfully towards the instructor and other students. Any form of disrespect or inappropriate behavior may result in termination of lessons without a refund.

Technical Requirements (for online lessons):

Students should have a reliable internet connection, a computer or tablet with a camera and microphone, and a quiet environment to ensure the best learning experience.

Health and Safety (for in-person lessons):

Students are required to follow any health and safety guidelines provided, including COVID-19 precautions.

Feedback and Improvement:

We value your feedback and strive to improve our services. You are welcome to provide feedback after each lesson to help us enhance your learning experience.

Confidentiality:

Any personal information shared during the course of lessons will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

Termination of Lessons:

We reserve the right to terminate lessons if the student consistently fails to adhere to these terms and conditions. In such cases, no refunds will be issued for remaining lessons.

Force Majeure:

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, technical issues), lessons may be rescheduled without penalty.
